Church Children & Young People’s Worker
16-20 hours a week (flexible working which will include weekends).
Salary: £12,480 – £15,080 for 20 hours
(Depending on skills & experience – to be reviewed in April 2025)
To develop and co-ordinate the children’s & young people’s work within the parish
We are looking for a self-motivated person with experience of working with children and/or young people to build on our existing children & youth work. A strong Christian faith, good communication, administrative and people skills are essential. The CYP worker will work closely with the Rector & Ministry Team.
An Enhanced DBS Disclosure will be required for the post-holder. It is an occupational requirement of this role that the post-holder should be a practicing Christian.
